Three things that changed everything for me as a language learner. If you work on these three things, English will become a fun and daily routine, like something you actually love practicing.
Your English will improve in no time.
You Need a Plan
Without a plan, nothing will be achieved. You cannot improve if you don't plan. The good news? Your plan does not need to be complex or complicated.
Just a simple routine around learning English every single day.
Maybe right now your English practice is very random. One day you practice with this app, one day you watch a video, and then you don't practice for a whole week. This inconsistency will hurt your goals.
You have to push and challenge your brain to learn more every day
by making a plan and actually following it.
It's like going to the gym. You lift weights for two days, then you don't exercise for a month. Then you wonder why you're not gaining muscle. It's because you don't have a plan.
Sit down. Make a simple plan. Follow it every day.
See what happens in 6 months.
Without a plan, you will not be able to attain anything.

I call it “My Daily English Practice System” because it’s actually like a system that you will be able to follow without thinking.

You Need an Active Mind
How do you get an active mind? By moving your body every single day.
It doesn't need to be long. Even twenty minutes is enough to get your heart pumping, get the blood flowing, and wake up your brain.
When your body is active, your brain becomes alert. You can focus more.
And if you study English right after you exercise, you will learn much more quickly.
Think about it. If you're falling asleep and you try to listen to a podcast, or if you are dozing off 💤 in class, you're not going to remember anything. As a result, you are not going to learn anything because your brain is turning off.
An active body = an active mind = active learning.
Here’s the trick: practice English right after you work out.
Or even better, combine them.
→ Listen to a podcast while you walk.
→ Listen to a lesson while you exercise.
→ Make your walking time your learning time.
You don't need upbeat music to work out. I listen to audiobooks while I exercise. — I am Muslim — I listen to the Quran. I listen to lectures.
Focus on yourself and your growth and ignore what celebrities do or say.
Try it. Do 10 minutes of pushups, jump ropes, or jumping jacks.
Then sit down and study. Your brain will be awake and ready.
You Need a Positive Mindset
You can't have a positive life with a negative mind. It just doesn't work.
You can't be a negative person and expect positive results from life.
But I'm not talking about just saying "I can do it" over and over.
I am talking about actually BELIEVING that you can master the English language and then following your plan each day to make it happen.
"Nothing is impossible. I can do it. But I need to put in the work every single day."
That’s the kind of mindset that will take your English, and your life,
to the next level.
